COVID-19 Policy- reopening procedures

Dear Avie Spa Goers,

The recent couple of months have been probably the most testing in huge numbers of our lives. Particularly when a considerable lot of things we accomplish for comfort have been inaccessible.


WEARING A MASK

Wearing a mask is mandatory when entering the spa and for the duration of your treatment, except for facial treatments and massages. Our Estheticians and Massage therapists will be wearing a mask. If necessary, we can provide you a mask at reception.


Temperature Checking (staff and Clients)

We will check all clients’ temperature with a Digital Infrared Thermometer and Staff.


BOOKING

If you experience one or more symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you postpone your appointment to a later date.


ARRIVAL

With the new measures that we have implemented, we kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. If this is not observed, we may ask you to wait outside the spa. Your temperature will be taken at your arrival with an infrared thermometer, at a distance.


HANDWASHING

Handwashing is mandatory when entering and leaving the spa as well as before and after your treatment. We have put at your disposal several disinfection stations, do not hesitate to use them regularly.


PAYMENT

We encourage contactless payments (credit cards, debit cards, Gift certificates)


SOCIAL DISTANCING

A distance of two meters is recommended between customers and staff throughout the spa.

Couples Massage are not done in the same room together for the protection of the therapists and the clients.

To help you, you will find several posters and signs on the ground to direct you to our establishment.


SERVICES AND COMMON OBJECTS

The spa snack station will be out of service. We encourage you to bring your own already filled water bottle.

We also made the decision to remove from the locker room all common items such as hair dryers and cleansing cottons. Do not hesitate to have your own equipment with you(dryers will however be available on request at the reception).

 
As new data is discharged, these conventions and approaches may change or advance; we will keep this data refreshed as need be. Our Therapists & Estheticians are eager to see you again and work with you and your wellbeing needs. They comprehend the significance of the “new ways” of tasks to protect all.
