Our Policy- Reservation and Cancellation

New 2020 protocols


You must wear a mask when entering the spa and for the duration of your treatment, with the exception of facials and massages. Our beauticians and massage therapists will wear a mask. If necessary, we can provide you with a mask at the reception.

Temperature verification (staff and customers)

We will check the temperature of all customers and staff with an infrared thermometer


If you experience one or more of Covide-19 symptoms, we ask that you postpone your appointment to a later date.


With the new measures that we have implemented, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. If this is not observed, we may ask you to wait outside the spa. Your temperature will be taken on arrival with a remote infrared thermometer.


Hand washing is mandatory when entering and leaving the spa as well as before and after your treatment. We have put at your disposal several disinfection stations, do not hesitate to use them regularly.


We encourage contactless payments (credit cards, debit cards, gift vouchers)


A distance of two meters is recommended between guests and staff throughout the spa.

To help you, you will find several posters and signs on the ground to direct you to our establishment.


The spa snack station will be out of service. We encourage you to bring your own already filled water bottle.

We have also made the decision to remove from the locker room all common items such as hair dryers and cotton cleansers. Do not hesitate to have your own equipment with you (dryers will however be available on request at the reception).


If you need to cancel your appointments, we require 24 hours notice to allow us to reschedule our therapists.

Late cancellation fees

A cost equal to the full price of the services will be billed to those who do not book an appointment and fail to cancel or reschedule under this policy.


To make the most of your treatment and your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you can fill out the required forms. Add another 15 to 20 minutes if you need to find parking.

If you arrive late, make sure that we will do our best to provide you with the best possible treatment in the time remaining for the reservation you have reserved.

Before the start of your treatment, do not forget to give a certificate or a coupon to our reception before your appointment.

Health information

It is essential that the health information you provide on our forms is complete and accurate. This information is strictly confidential and is required by law for registered massage therapists before performing therapy. Be free to talk to therapists about any special concerns, likes or dislikes so they can make your massage experience an excellent one.

For facial treatments, we make the same request because allergies or other medical problems may contraindicate certain services and the use of certain products. This information as well as the evaluation of the skin carried out by our beautician will help us to build a precise treatment for your skin type.

All of this information is also essential for our professionals during future meetings, as it allows them to assess the progress of our clients and personalize treatments according to individual needs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: When using the Hammam (steam bath), please note that this installation is strictly prohibited in the following cases:

  • You are less than 14 weeks pregnant.
  • You have heart problems or high blood pressure.
  • You suffer from bronchial tubes, blood pressure problems, anorexia, epilepsy or renal colic;
  • You have dermatitis or vasodilation problems.

Please inform our staff of any special medical conditions that you are not sure of, as it could be exacerbated by the use of hammam.

Spa environment

Our goal is to provide you with an AVIE experience. With this in mind, we work hard to create a peaceful and relaxing spa ambience for you. For you and other customers benefit, we kindly ask you to:

  • Turn off your phones before entering the Spa;
  • Keep your voice tone low;
  • Avoid eating unless health problems require you to do so;
  • Do not wear high heels;
  • For their safety, children under 12 are not allowed in the spa.

At the SPA

A locker, a dress and sandals will be provided for several services.

When you come for manicure, please allow an appropriate amount of time after any application of polish. For pedicures, we recommend that you bring shoes with open toes (if time permits) so that your polish is not damaged before it has a chance to harden. Polish can be dry but takes 24 hours to heal.

Shaving: Face and body care

Please take into account that for body treatments, especially exfoliation and body packaging, shaving is not recommended 24 hours before your appointment to avoid possible skin irritation.

Men receiving a face should not shave at least 8 hours before their appointment to avoid potential skin irritation.


When booking a massage, you will need to provide a valid credit card number to hold your appointment. The information is strictly confidential and no charges will be made on your card before your visit. The only case where a charge can occur is if the cancellation policy is not respected.

For your convenience, we offer receipts for insurance purposes. Once you arrive at the spa, please inform our staff that you will need one so that we can prepare it in advance and have it ready once your massage is complete.


Tips are appreciated by our staff. We suggest 15%, but it is up to our customers to give what they consider reflects the quality of the service received.
